Position Overview:

The certification engineer manages and execute certification activities for cellular modules certifications/approvals with cellular operators. Certification engineer works with Telit Cinterions’s design teams and product management team to make sure cellular modules they are technically supported through the carrier certification process. Certification engineer is technical expert on Telit Cinterion’s product portfolio of embedded wireless modules and cellular operator requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The certification engineer will be responsible for taking Telit Cinterion cellular modules through all stages of the carrier certification process including hardware, software, and field testing. The specific responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:

Certification Support:

• Execute module certifications with carriers in USA (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile), and Canada (Rogers, Bell Mobility, Telus)
• Prepare required documents for certification process (compliance matrices)
• Prepare certification samples with correct software/hardware configuration
• Interface with carriers to drive certification process
• Drive completion of carrier certification at external labs
• Travel to carrier test labs and external test labs as needed to achieve timely certification

Other:

• Focus on and technical understanding carrier requirements
• Interface with internal product management teams to feedback carrier requirements to achieve continuous improvement in product compliance
• Help to convey carrier roadmap needs to internal product management team
• Other duties or tasks may be assigned on an as-needed basis in order to meet the overall objectives of the Company.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent education and work experience

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience working in cellular industry (ex. phones or m2m/IoT)
• Experience working with cellular operators (ex. AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile)
• Experience working with cellular operators on certification of module, end product, or phone
• Experience with regulatory (FCC) and industry (PTCRB) certifications

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Cellular technologies (4G LTE, 5G, 3GPP)
• Familiar with the carrier’s certification process. Knowledge of the AT&T process is a plus
• Familiar with PTRCB and GCF rules and processes

Position Overview:

The Field Application Engineer (FAE) / Technical Support will provide comprehensive pre-sale and post-sale technical support for customer software design, circuit design and system development.  You will work closely with customers’ design teams, as well as their OEM end-customers, to make sure they are technically supported through the entire design process.  You will become a technical expert on Telit Cinterion’s product portfolio of cellular modules.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

The FAE will be responsible for providing technical support though all stages of the design process including hardware and software design as well as end product certification.  The specific responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:

Customer Support:

• Provide technical/ design support for customers / integrators
• Provide technical support to the sales staff in order to promote the company’s products to customer engineers during the design win cycle
• Prepare and present technical material in customer meetings
• Provide support to customer engineers during the integration of our products into customers’ products

Sales Support:

• Provide pre-sales technical support to sales team
• Conduct training sessions for customers
• Ensure customers and partners are properly supported.  Validate through customer visits and strong customer relationships.

Background and Experience:

The ideal candidate has worked in the wireless industry with Cellular/IoT/LPWA experience.

Requirements:

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of wireless and/or embedded design support experience
• Working knowledge and design experience with embedded systems, firmware, development tools, microcontrollers, antenna design and power management
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand customer needs and to probe for answers, determine a solution and explain that solution to the customer

Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Director Sweden will be responsible for sales of Telit Cinterion’s portfolio of IoT hardware and services in the assigned territory. The RSD will formulate and implement strategies to attract new customers, maximize sales results in the territory working directly with customers and leveraging Telit Cinterion partners.

General responsibilities include but not limited to designing customer portfolio expansion strategies and initiatives, prospecting new accounts, collaborating with existing distributors and even more, expanding the local partner ecosystem to new System Integrators.

Areas of Responsibility:

The RSD Sweden  specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

New Sales Development & Account Management:

• Build relationships within targeted accounts at all levels in order to understand customer requirements and build a compelling value proposition based on Telit Cinterion’s IOT offerings
• Developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue
• Provide subject matter expert support as a sales overlay assisting direct or indirect sales teams in the entire sales process

Job Summary:

Seeking a Product Validation and Tests Engineer to join a fast-paced and highly motivated team. The candidate will design software test plans, and test cases and write up test reports. • Knowledge of main commercial RTOS and multitasking development
• Experience in standard peripheral (I2C, SPI)  driver development
• Experience in cellular technologies
• Experience in TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP stack and secure socket, secure connection are a plus

• 0-4 yrs experience for software engineer
• 4-8 years of industry experience satisfying the above requirements for senior software engineer

Location:  Bangalore, India

Primary Objective:

The Network Engineer will assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into the computing landscape and provide expert level engineering support.  In addition, the Network Engineer will provide second level response for incidents reported by the business and monitoring systems.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design solutions per requirements
• Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades
• Configure networks (LAN/WAN) to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
• Monitor network stability, availability, and performance
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems as needed
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
• Participate in managing network security solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of network administration mandatory. CCNP/CCNA preferred
• Hands-on experience working with LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, SSH, NTP, SNMP, RADIUS, etc.
• Hands-on experience implementing, administrating, and troubleshooting network devices.
• Experience with Cisco: ASA and ASR
• Experience with cloud services like AWS
• Excellent troubleshooting skills & knowledge
• Experience working independently with service providers
• Experience with monitoring tools, e.g., PRTG, Wireshark, Graylog
• Communication and documentation must be at a professional English level
